As a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and Holistic Life Coach, I lovingly guide women to courageously get out of their own way and heal addictive thought and emotional patterns that perpetuate the cycle of self sabotage and distortion of self.
It is my passion to support you and walk with you on your journey of joyful expansion and empowerment as you learn to express authentically and fully
embody your soul and experience your evolution.
Why Work with me?
After two divorces and losing my business 16 years ago, I found myself in a place of transition, confusion and stagnation, not knowing where or how to begin. My confidence and self worth were zero. I was merely existing rather than living.
Months later, after trying to fix everything and everyone outside of me, I realized that I was the one common denominator in every single one of my experiences! It was me that had to shift to create and be the change I was so ready to experience.
Picking up the pieces, I focused on myself and my own healing. I embarked on my own journey of self liberation and self discovery. I now use my own experience, abilities and passion to inspire other women to embrace, express and empower themselves.
My approach to coaching is one of personal power and self responsibility. I lovingly guide you to courageously break the façade and face yourself, shattering false beliefs that are blocking and keeping you from experiencing and knowing your inherent worth, power and abundance.
As you reclaim your power, I support you with the integration of your newfound alignment and reconnection with yourself to reveal your true essence and authentic expression. You remember, embrace and embody your light and magnificence to thrive and boldly lead your life!

Interesting Facts About Me...
When I'm not guiding and supporting women to create their epic life, you will find me exploring nature. At the beach, in some lake, hiking through the woods, on a yoga mat or on a paddle board. I enjoy playing with paint and creating yummy concoctions in the kitchen. I love ending my day with a sunset walk and a good read.
